how can one love (and be loved by) so fully and so fiercely, yet also need to be alone as passionately?
he thinks it is because of other people that i want to take space. he thinks.
let him believe in that if that helps him, even if the unfairness of that lie stings, and stinks.
i just want to be alone.

goodness, no he doesn't believe that you want to avoid him to be with other people.
He just misses you.
If he had told you that he needed some space...
he wanted to be alone...
you might have thought that he no longer needed you or cared if you were close...
but he will respect your wishes...
I am very sure that he never met anyone else that he needed or wanted more...
but that only makes him happy
it is what makes you happy that counts..
"Our" lives really move in circles...i couldn't much believe how it flows...
